  • Transcribe and publish the: Letters of Coleman Younger and C. B. Younger Sr. (209 Letters, dated 1844 thru 1879)
  • Transcribe and publish the twenty-five volumes of the Agreements and Deeds of F. A. Hihn and the Hihn Co.
  • Catalog and Index more than 1,000 maps of the F. A. Hihn Co. (names of land owners)
  • Compile & Publish A Researcher’s Digest on F. A. Hihn and the first Official Map of Santa Cruz County (the 1889 map by Andrew Jackson Hatch)
  • Transcribe and publish an Indexed Edition of James Miller Guinn’s History of the State of California and Biographical Record of Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties. ... Also Containing Biographies of Well-Known Citizens of the Past and Present. The Chapman Publishing Co., Chicago, 1903. [contains biographies of both F. A. Hihn and C. B. Younger Sr.]
