The following form is for the use of faculty and instructors wishing to submit requests via the web for books to be put on reserve. This form may be used for requests to either the McHenry or Science & Engineering Libraries. This form is for book requests only (for media requests, please click here). If the library does not currently own a requested title, we may be able to purchase it. Additionally, electronic books (E-Books) are also available for use on Reserves (for more information on reserving E-Books, click here).

Course material may also be submitted in-person at the main circulation desks.
