  • eBooks with records in Cruzcat will remain available for purchase during this time.

Library Material Requests Impacted

  • Print and other order requests will continue to be accepted through the Recommend a Purchase page on the library website. These orders will be processed beginning in mid-August.
  • The Reserves department will be working with faculty and instructors to get Summer Session items ordered before the May 18, 2018 freeze date.
  • The Interlibrary Loan department will be ready to support library user needs for any other research materials.

Urgent Exceptions

If faculty have an urgent need for any print or other library material purchases during this time period, exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. These requests can be sent through Assistant Deans directly to the Associate University Librarian for Collections and Services, Kerry Scott.
