Please follow the instructions to obtain the Endowment Document:

PC

1. From your PC's START menu, click on My Network Places
2. Click Add Network Place to open the Add Network Place Wizard. Click Next.
3. Click Choose another network location, click Next
4. Paste //Edgar.library.ucsc.edu/devel, click Next
5. If prompted, enter your Edgar username and password
6. Rename the location, or click Next to accept the default name
7. Click Finish
8. Now in My Network Places you should have a share file.
9. To create a shortcut, right click on the file and select Create Shortcut.  You can leave the Endowment shortcut icon on your desktop

Mac

1. To map an Edgar share from a Mac, go to the Go menu
2. Do "Connect to server" (command K) 
3. Paste smb://edgar.library.ucsc.edu/devel, press Connect
4. If prompted, enter your Edgar username and password
5. The share will show up as a drive on the desktop.
