Received a billing statement?

The charges listed on the statement received by email are more than 90 days past due. The following will provide more detailed information regarding the charges and definitions.

Statement Definitions

Replacement: You have a book checked out to you that has not been returned and we have billed you for its replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: If you return the book we will remove any replacement charge, as long as the books have not been replaced, but you will be responsible for any late charges incurred.

Overdue: Item(s) were returned after their due date and late charges have been assessed.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

ONLINE: Visit your library account and click on the pay online icon.

PHONE: Call the Circulation Desk at either library to make payments by credit card

IN PERSON: Pay by check or credit card at either McHenry or S&E Circulation Desk during regular library hours.
