In McHenry Library there is a part time staffed help desk on the second floor in the InfoCommons
In Science and Engineering there is a part time staffed help desk on the main floor in the Cowell Computing Lab.

Starting on March 31, 2008, the Cowell Room computer lab at the Science and Engineering Library will be supported and staffed by Instructional Computing.
