UCSC DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICES |
||||
Why can't I view my ILL transactions online?As you have probably noticed, Interlibrary Loan web services are in transition. These changes are due to a UC-wide ILL software implementation. In addition to cost savings, one of the most exciting features of the new software system is that it offers all UC ILL patrons the ability to manage their ILL accounts online. The local request management system we offered previously was the only one of its kind in the UC-system. It is no longer available as it is incompatible with our new software. In the meantime, you can order your books online using CDL request or our blank web forms. You can also place renewal requests using our online renewal form. To determine when your books are due, begin by checking the straps attached to every ILL book. For all other questions, email us at ill@library.ucsc.edu. As always, your feedback is very much appreciated and will continue to be instrumental in shaping system-wide online access.
