When library patrons are located off-campus, they must "authenticate" themselves as UCSC faculty, staff or students so the Web site publishers will allow access to their resources. There are three ways to connect to these resources and authenticate oneself as a UCSC patron:

Check your Circulation Record: For UCSC-owned items, confirm due dates, renew items eligible for renewal, review items placed on hold, determine if items have been recalled from you, change your access PIN. Interlibrary Loan / Document Delivery Melvyl Request: Order items owned by any of the UC campuses though Melvyl—the UC-wide catalog—by choosing Citation Linker: Use this form to order articles or items not found in Melvyl. Document Delivery of UCSC-owned materials: UCSC faculty, staff, and graduate students can have our materials delivered to campus addresses. See the link below for more information.
