Sounding Board

The traditional "Sounding Board" section of the program allows attendees to ask questions of the group, and to share information such as new projects underway, positions open for recruitment, etc.

Transportation

The conference web site should include a section about Transportation.
Those attending will need to know which airport to fly to, if a particular airline has the most flights to the area, and how to get from the airport to the conference hotel and to the meeting venue.
If public transportation is available, it's helpful to link to the appropriate web site, or describe which bus lines to use.
