Badges

Because there are always folks new to WAML, it is customary to have badges for the attendees.

Banquet

The Banquet is usually held on Friday evening. It provides an opportunity for socializing at the end of the conference.

Conference Manual

The WAML Conference Manual was written in 1985, and has been updated about every 5 years since. It is hosted on the WAML web site, at http://www.waml.org/confman.html
In addition to describing the process of hosting the conference, and giving the "ground rules", it includes appendixes providing "Sample Evaluation Form", "Sample Vendor Application Form", and "Model Meeting Statement" [final financial accounting].
