c. Each Committee member should present one program during the year, including inviting a speaker, organizing the program, reserving the program location, writing the program announcement, sending the program announcement, sending reminders to the library staff, and writing acknowledgment memos to the speaker and attendees.
d. One Committee member should record the minutes for all the committee meetings, to arrange the meeting dates and locations, and to send meeting reminder, etc.
