ANNOUNCEMENTS

• CAPA Report - November 28 th, 2005; 9-10 AM, McHenry Rm. 325
• CAPA Workshop and LAUC General Membership Meeting - December 8 th, 2005; 8:30-10 AM, Rm. 325
• A discussion of the LAUC bylaws will be held on November 17 th, 2005; 10-11AM, Rm. TBD
• Jahns created a Cruztime list for members of LAUC-SC

CHAIR'S REPORT

LAUC Fall Assembly update

• There is no agenda as of yet
• A large part of the LAUC Assembly will be focused on the LAUC bylaws and standing rules
• The CCRJ will be creating a cheat sheet for parliamentary rules
• Lyons is doing a great job on arrangements & food, signage, and transportation are all organized
• Discussion on what should be in the packet for the LAUC Fall Assembly and that registration closes on Monday, November 21 st .

SECRETARY'S REPORT

• The minutes of the September 8th meeting were approved and posted.
• Steel has been added to the LAUC-SC UCSC librarians list
• Kane was asked to put a link to the LAUC Fall Assembly ( http://internal.library.ucsc.edu/comm/lauc/assembly/index.html ) on the LAUC-SC site http://internal.library.ucsc.edu/comm/lauc/
