This endowment was established in loving memory of the donor’s grandmothers to expand and enrich the UCSC library's costume collection, which provides critical support for a number of fields, primarily theater arts, but also history, anthropology, sociology, music, film, and women's studies. Endowment income may be used to acquire a wide range of library materials on costume, including books, reference sets, subscriptions to journals and series, nonprint media, and special collections materials.
