In PubMed:

  1. Mark references you want to import.
  2. Under Send To (top of page on right) select File from the pull-down menu, then choose Format MEDLINE.
  3. Save the pubmed_result.txt file to your computer.

In EndNote Web:

  1. Open your EndNote Web library.
  2. Select the Collect tab, Import References.
  3. Use the Browse button to select the .txt file you saved above. Click Open.
  4. Select the Pubmed (NLM) import filter.
  5. Click the Import button.
