In IEEE Xplore:

  1. Select records
  2. Click Download Citations
  3. Select if you want the citation only or citation & abstract
  4. Select EndNote, ProCite, RefMan
  5. Click Download Citation

In EndNote Web:

  1. Open your EndNoteWeb library
  2. Select the Collect tab, Import References.
  3. Click on the Browse button to select the file you saved above. Click Open.
  4. Click on the drop-down menu labelled Filter and select RefMan RIS.
  5. Click on the drop-down menu labelled To and select the group you want to send your refernces to.
  6. Click on the Import button.
