There are several ways to see which committees have held
hearings or issued reports on your topic:
Lexis Nexis Congressional

Note
: This will provide a list of hearings and committees which have held hearings or issued reports about a given topic. It shows which Congressional committees have jurisdiction and influence on a topic.
